Information We Collect

Account & Purchases

If you create an account with BloqLoft, we may collect:

• Full name
• Email address

BloqLoft is purchased through the Apple App Store. Apple processes your payment and billing information directly, and we never receive or store your payment card details or billing address.

iCloud Sync (CloudKit)

BloqLoft uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your projects, quilts, and settings across your devices via your iCloud account. This data is stored and transmitted through Apple's iCloud infrastructure and is governed by Apple's own privacy policy in addition to this one.

Support Requests

When you contact support, we collect:

• Your email (or handle if via a support platform)
• Metadata from your message
• Any information you include (e.g., crash logs, diagnostics)

This helps us resolve your request. You may ask us to delete past support interactions.

Usage Data & Analytics

With your permission, we may collect pseudonymous usage data (associated with a device or account identifier, but not directly with your name) to understand how BloqLoft is used, such as feature usage patterns. You can opt out at any time.

Crash Reports (Optional)

If a crash report is generated, we may collect anonymized technical data to fix issues. You can opt out of crash reporting at any time.
